Gary Wing leads the strategic growth and development of Mackenzie Institutional. With over 20 years in the financial services industry, Gary brings extensive institutional, global business development and relationship management experience to Mackenzie Institutional. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice-President of institutional business at a Canadian-based investment management firm. In his previous roles, Gary led business development initiatives for several global financial services companies in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Simon is responsible for developing business opportunities with institutional investors and helping clients leverage the full breadth and depth of Mackenzie's diverse investment capabilities. He has been a member of Mackenzie's sales and marketing division for more than 10 years and within the Power Financial Group of Companies for almost 20 years. Simon holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. (Finance) from the University of Manitoba's Asper School of Business. He has also served as Chair of Finance and Vice-Chairman for the Misericordia Health Centre Foundation in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Aaron has over 10 years of institutional experience. Prior to joining Mackenzie in 2011, he served as the director of a global consultant relations program with oversight responsibility for consulting houses located in Canada, the U.S., Europe and Asia. He also served as director of content management and sat as the Canadian representative for the global consultant support committee of a prominent multinational investment manager. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a finance concentration from Memorial University of Newfoundland.

Irena leads the team responsible for servicing Mackenzie's Institutional clients and manages all aspects of client servicing, including the development of client reporting. She brings 13 years of institutional experience to her role. Prior to joining Mackenzie Institutional, Irena led the servicing team for Howson Tattersall Investment Counsel and served as Manager, Client Service & Business Development at a major global investment manager. Irena holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.

Karima leads the team responsible for collecting, managing and publishing Mackenzie's institutional platform on consultant databases and completing Requests For Proposals (RFPs). She has 17 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Mackenzie Institutional, Karima served as Manager of Client Services for Cundill Investment Research Ltd. and Senior Systems Administrator for a Vancouver independent wealth management and estate planning company. Karima holds a Certification in Computer Network Systems Administration and Information Programming.

Dannette is responsible for all administration and human resources for Gary Wing and the Mackenzie Institutional team. She is also the first point of contact for general inquiries. Dannette has been a member of Mackenzie's sales and marketing team for four years. Prior to joining Mackenzie, Dannette served as Sales Coordinator at a Canadian-based investment management firm. Dannette has also served as Member of the Special Events and Stewardship Committee of the Canadian Red Cross, Toronto Region.
Dennis Chan

Dennis is responsible for client reporting, invoicing, audits and compliance certificates. He brings two years of financial service experience to his role. Prior to joining Mackenzie Institutional, Dennis was an associate with RBC Dominion Securities, providing expertise in client trade execution and financial modeling. Dennis holds a Bachelors of Commerce from Ryerson University and is a 2012 Level II CFA Candidate.

Jennifer is responsible for servicing institutional accounts, including communications and reporting. Previously, she worked at Mackenzie Investments for four years in both client servicing and sales roles. Jennifer is currently working towards her Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario.
